ADD CP-8800-A-KEM on CP-8851 - CUCM ver 11.5

Greetings,

I'm trying to add expansion module CP-8800-A-KEM on CP-8851. Call Manager version is 11.5.

It doesn't give any light at all. Phone Active load is sip88xx.12-6-1-0001-668.

In Expansion Module : it shows

BEKEM-36-Button Line Expansion Module

ONE COLUMN Display for KEM is DISABLED ( as i have 2 column 14 line module)

I have tried power Negotiation - Enables/Disabled both.

Kindly advice

BEKEM and A-KEM are two product. if you have A-KEM  you need to selected CP-8800-Audio on CUCM. if its BEKEM select that. 

if you don't see CP-8800-A on drop down you might need to install the device package.

where can i download the device package? i need have a support contract or i need to buy it. Now our support contract is expired.
