Hello guys!
My scenario is as follows: When users try to answer any missed call from PSTN and press Redial button to re-generate the call, since the number from PSTN does not have digit 9 in front, the call cannot be completed as dial. How in CUCM 9.1.1a, digit 9 can be added in front of the PSTN number in order to be routed correctly to the corresponding Route Patterns when users press Redial? Is this something that can be achieved in CUCM or it only can be configured in the Voice Gateway (Cisco 2921)?
Thanks in advanced for your support and comments!!

This topic has been discussed hundreds, and hundreds of times before, and ALL the alternatives (CUCM and H323) are contained within those.
I'd recommend you to search CSC and review all those threads.

Hi,
I assume that you are trying to dial international numbers from the call log lists. I would recommend you to read about "plus dialing", which will also help to solve the issue. This can be achieved using Gateways at callmanager, routepattern and calling party transformation mask.
Thanks
