adding a CUPC account to CUCM 9.0

Hi,

Could you please consult on the following issue?

Now I'm trying to create a new CUPC account on CUCM 9.0 (I'm new to it)

Everything goes fine till I come up to the last step. Previously it was like below:

System -> Licensing -> Capabilities assignment ->

find the newly created user in the list and put a checkmark on 2 options:

1) Enable CUP (Cisco Unified Presence)

2) Enable CUPC (Cisco Unified Personal Communicator)

Now on CUCM 9.0, I cant find these options (System>Licensing>License usage report and that's it)

Could you please advise where I can find these options in CU Communications Manager v. 9.0?

All that config is done under the user menu

You need the UC service, the service profile and to enable it under the user directly (and to select a UC service with IM&P configured)

You mean

in CUCM Administration: user management>user settings>UC service /or Service profile?

under UC Service I have 2 items: Integrated CTI and Itegrated  Presence Server, both configured

under Service profile I have one.

Not sure if I got right your words "and to enable it under the user directly (and to select a UC service with IM&P configured)". Could you please clear up?
