Are you local to those CUCM servers???

if this helps, please rate

we have MCS CUCM 8.0 server in the remote  site, the new site is connected via site-to-site VPN.

From new site I am able to ping the CUCM 8.0 server, SSH and able to browse the CUCM, this confirm there is no issues because of firewall.

We have full connectivity to old CUCM 8.0 from new site 172.X.24.X (voice) and vice versa. Kindly advice.

OK, what about all the other ports the PCD documentation explains are needed???

Those you mention are just the basic ports YOU use to login and get to CUCM, PCD requires more than just those, and they're thoroughly explained in the docs.

Thanks for the reply, let me check the ports in the firewall as per below URL:

http://docwiki.cisco.com/wiki/Required_Ports_for_Prime_Collaboration

Customer update us that they apply any any security policies [ all the ports are open ] but still I am getting "internal error" from PCD while adding the cluster.

Myself dont have access to firewall, please let me know how to confirm the required ports are open by the customer.
