Adding new CTI ports in ARC Premium

Hi All,

We are running Arc Premium 6.1 with CUCM 10.5
I am trying to add some more Host PBX, PreCT etc.. ports and route points into the server. At this stage I have added the new ones on the Arc server and manually created on CUCM(not using Sync with CUCM as it duplicates the existing ports)

Also, I do have CTI Reference port with lowest DN let's say 68871 and all the new ports I have added have higher DN's 69310 - 69330

CTI Ports and RPs are not registered yet - The questions I have 

1. Do I have to restart CTI service on ARC server for new Ports and RPs to be able to register with Arc Server or there is any additional step which I have missed. 
2. Is there any license limit for how many Host PBX, PRect etc.. ports you can create

I suggest to use replicate option. This is the easiest way to make sure that you don't have configuration problems. You don't need to restart CTI service. Ports and RPs should continue trying to register.

You can look at CTI manager traces in CUCM to see what is happening.

With regards to license, CTI endpoints will consume enhanced license.
