Hi,
Addition of CUCM to ELM fails due to security error. What could be the probable cause for this ?
I went through the logs generated by ELM, but I didn't find any useful information.

Are you using the OS admin username/password?

yes, I am using OS admin/password. Test connection was successful, but error message after hitting "Ok"
Error message is :
Product instance registration failed. A security error occured. Check the enterprise licence manager log for details. Would you like to add the product instance any way ?

Thanks for the link . It has useful information.
Removed the product instance, issued the below command on CUCM and it worked fine.
admin:license client reset registration
