Advice needed - Cisco VG2XX or Cisco 112-FXS

Hello all

We have a CUCM 7.1(5) and an Avaya G3, the Avaya is going to be replaced soon and all of its stations will be migrated over to the CUCM, we are trying to detemine what to use for all of the analog lines (93 to be exact). We considered the VG248 but its EOL already, that leaves us with VG224s and a 112-FXS.

I'm familiar with the VG2XX devices but the 112-FXS, for what I have read in this forum, is somewhat of a mistery.

Does anyone have any advice on the subject?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Looks like this is a copy of a 3900 router full of FXS ports

2 power suplies etc etc
