After changing domain name do we need to install root certificate

I have added DNS IP and domain in CUCM cluster and generated CSR certs. Do I need to upload root certificates or any intermediate certificates befor going to install CSR

If you don't use self-signed certs, then yes, you need to upload the corresponding Root-CA cert and (if they exist) the intermediate CA certs first

I am going to upload CA signed CSR certificates, So do I need to upload CA-signed Root certificates.

Yes, you always need to (not only on cisco UC-servers, on every possible server)
