The Call Manager that I am using is version 6.1. Even though I had changed the URL Services Value to the current IP addess of the Call Manager, I am not able to access the Services on the Cisco IP Phone. When I press the Services button, it shows "Requesting" for a while and then finally displays "Host not found".
Looking at a phone
Depending on model you should be able yo locate
the value of the services URL http://PUB IP ADDRESS:8080/ccmcip---------
Does this reflect your new IP address
The IP address is correct under the URL Services. The exact problem what I am facing is when I press the Services button I am able to select "Login Service" but soon after I press "Login Service", it shows "Requesting" for a while and finally displays "Host not found".

Can you look under:-
Device > Device Settings > Phone Services --> Find the EM service
Look at the URL-- You may need to change the IP address here
Save and Update Subscriptions
