After-hours login not work for voice user-profile

Hi,

I want to block all call begin with "9178" so I applied after-hours block in telephony-service as below:

telephony-service

..................................

login timeout 120 clear 23:00
after-hours block pattern 1 9178 7-24
create cnf-files version-stamp 7960 Dec 16 2015 13:08:49

Then I used Extension Mobility on CME. I want to allow some user-profile to access "9178" with its local pin. So I configured as below:

voice logout-profile 1
user ruby password ****
number 128 type normal

voice user-profile 1
pin *****
user intcall password ****
number 300 type normal

ephone 128
device-security-mode none
mac-address 5CFC.665D.CE96
ephone-template 1
type 7942
keep-conference drop-last endcall
logout-profile 1

ephone-dn 128 dual-line
number 128
label Ruby Meeting
name Ruby Meeting

ephone-dn 300
number 300
label INT CALL
name INT CALL

My problem is: now I can login with Extention Mobility to ephone 128 with number 300. I go to My Phone Apps --> Afterhour Login and input pin to try to exempt Afterhour block, but can't. The phone show i login successful, but can't make call out with "9178".

Any advises on this case?

Thank you all.

don't you need after-hour exempt  somewhere,  on voice user=profile 1 ?

Thanks for reply, Richard.

But dont have any option for after-hour exempt in voice user-profile. My router is ISR 2911, Version 15.4(2)T1.

Nguyen Ma

As I do not have access to a router  at the moment,

the after-hour exempt needs to go somewhere, can you put it on the ephone-dn 300?

On ephone-dn 300 also cannot. Can execute that command on ephone, but it not match with my expected.

I followed https://supportforums.cisco.com/document/12015641/extension-mobility-cme-configuration-troubleshooting. And it said "Sets a personal identification number (PIN) to be used by a phone user to disable the call blocking configuration for a Cisco Unified IP phone on which this profile is downloaded."

Thanks

Ok I see that, perhaps you had better log a call with Cisco TAC

Thanks, Richard

Hi

If you have the keyword 7-24, it will block the call even you login successfully.

It only overrides if you use after-hour exempt

Dear faiqmahhi,

I tried on voice user-profile, ephone, ephone-dn. But can't, there is no option "after-hour exempt".

Thanks

Nguyen Ma
