after upgradation from 8.3 to 8.5 in one site makes problem
In our one of the remote site ,which we did call manager upgradation from 8.3 to 8.5.After upgration we noticed the following problems.We are using extension mobility service in the entire sites.
1.Auto registration is not occuring by default.Even though through manual registration ,the phone will not register to the call manager,and after providing manually tftp ,then only phone will register.
2.Some of the phones call history( missed calls,placed calls and received calls ) are not getting updated.While checking the status message at that time,in 7962
TFTP Error : SEP2893FEA33158.cnf.xml.sgn
obtains,all the phones have the same firmware and rest of them are working fine.
3.While we are trying intersite call from main office to remote office ,both are working on CUCM 8.5 ,the first calls usually getting disconnected when the other end takes the call.It is a quite unknown and quite random.
