After Upgrading to Call Manager 7.15, Users Cant Access CUCM User Web Pages.
they all get the 404 error

Did you ever verify that users still continue in the group of end user web access?

Hi,
Access User Manegement--> End User Group-->Standard CCM End Users, check for users in the group.
Or direct the end user, check if Permissions Information note contains the Standard CCM End Users.

yep-they are all listed including myself but no one can access the end user web pages.

Hi,
The users are local or have any connection with any LDAP server domain? if sites try to reset your password and access if the authentication check via LDAP web is the integration parameters and verify that the LDAP connection to domain server is ok, if any password has been changed.
