I have an agent working from home on IP Communicator connecting via VPN. Those on campus can see her as an agent on the supervisor desktop but she can't see other agents on her home computer. However she can see herself. When this agent is on campus she can see everyone in the supervisor desktop using her on campus computer. I was thinking it could be the correct ports are not open on her home computer but we can see her. She is able to receive queue calls no problem. Any suggestions?
