Hi Every one,
I would like to know how can we aggregate two interfaces of the UCS c220 M3 server.

in vSphere networking under the vswitch properties configure NIC teaming accordingly, you still need etherchannel to balance on the switch side.

Like Chris said you will need to set the NIC Teaming on the vSphere switch and an etherchannel on the Cisco (or other vendor) switch.
Example:
vSphere NIC Teaming:
Load Balancing: Route based on IP hash
Network Failover Detection: Link Status only
Notify Switches: Yes
Failback: Yes
Cisco Switch Etherchannel:
interface gig 0/1
channel-group 1 mode on

Put them into an etherchannel on the switch.
