Hii,
I have RTMT105 and Cucm10.5 and I whant to activeit some alarms to receive on my email but nothing happen. After i finis the set-up no email arrive to my email.
I ping the mail server from cli and everything seems to work:

Is DNS properly setup on CUCM?

can you telnet using SMTP port 25 of your mail server?
