alarms on TRMR

Hii,

 

I have RTMT105 and Cucm10.5 and I whant to activeit some alarms to receive on my email but nothing happen. After i finis the set-up no email arrive  to my email.

I ping the mail server from cli and everything seems to work:

admin:utils network ping
admin:utils network ping 10.217.192.128

64 bytes from 10.217.192.128: icmp_seq=4 ttl=63 time=0.254 ms

4 packets transmitted, 4 received, 0% packet loss, time 2999ms
rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 0.160/0.190/0.254/0.040 ms
