Alcatel ip phone 4018 give error no tftp response Cisco SG300-28 28-Port Gigabit Managed Switch

I am trying to setup Alcatel IP touch phone 4018 with

Cisco SG300-28 28-Port Gigabit Managed Switch

But it gives error no tftp response.

Those phone works good with other switches

Let me know any solution

Have you compared exiting Switch configuration with SG300, make sure you have DHCP relay setup properly.

If you Phone getting DHCP IP and Options setup for the IP range in DHCP, worth looking the config side.

The DHCP is on OXO/OXE ?

When I have DHCP on my OXE/OXO with switch port configured with proper  voice and data Vlan  it worked always.
