Hello,
We have Alcatel PBX and Cisco CUCM. Recently I have terminated PRI to Cisco VG, which was terminated on Alcatel earlier. My plan was to route Alcatel PSTN call via CUCM. However when I try to make a PSTN call from Alcatel phone I get ' Un allocated number'. I have H.323 trunk between CUCM and Alcatel PBX.
Would this setup work?

Yes, that should work as long as proper call routing is in place.

Thanks. I have checked DNA device as H.3232 trunk and could not see any block.
Alcatel side they have lots of limitations to route calls from trunk to trunk. They send digits by digits. they are unable to send complete string. On H.323 trunk is there any way to enable EN BLOC.

Start from the far end GW, do you see the call there?
If yes, use the debugs to find out what's wrong, if not, then now review CUCM traces, do you see the call from Alcatel in there? if yes, what does the call routing do?
If you don't see it in the CUCM traces, then something might be wrong with the trunk between the two systems and you need to start there.
If there's any chance to use SIP instead of H.323, that might make things easier.
