alerting name and number not displayed while on call waiting
We are facing an issue with Cisco 7965, if a user is on a call, and if anybody calls him, he can't see calling party name and number untill he answer the call, that is alerting name not displayed while he is on another call, only an orange light on the second line. As soon as he answer the call he can see the name and number. This issue is not there if his phone is idle.
Phone - B on a call
Any phone calls Phone-B, phone-B can't see the alerting name and number of the caller, untill phone-B answer the calls (this issue happens only when phone-B is on another call, ie on call waiting)
Is there a way in UCCE with using an admin script maybe using the email application in Call Studio to send out an email? I know in UCCX you can send out an email if the script were to fail but is there a way to do it in UCCE? Any help would be great!
