CUCM 6.1(3), MGCP, PRI, Bell Canada, DMS-100.
Bell Canada either allows or restricts the calling name for outbound, but they do not provide a 'mask'. I can get my alerting name info to be passed, but I want something different for external calls than I do for internal calls. Is there a way to overlay a calling name mask either in CUCM or the gateway?

I'm looking to manipulate the calling name, not the number.

The above is all about numbers, OP asked about display names.
To my knowledge, the only possible way would be using H.323 or SIP, and a custom TCL/IVR script on the GW.

I'm sure someone has run into something like this before. I wonder if there are there provisions in later versions of CUCM to accomodate such a scenario? Perhaps this would be a good feature request.
