Hi All,
UCCX integrated with CUCM 10.5 with SIP trunk CUCM-CVP, we have configured a contact centre number as route pattern which is forwarded to CVP, for which we don't have any issue from outside world but our customer client are sitting on same premise and they need to dial this contact number frequently, so they ask us to create short dial 3333.We configured 3333 as TP and number is connected but the issue here is that they see text label on their Phone as Private and they want to display the label as "HR" . As we can't label on RP & TP and also in UCCX, any idea where we can put text label for this contact centre number wherein end user who is dialing 3333 can see label as "HR"

Hi,
Try to configure CTI RP with DN 3333 and configure alerting as HR. Then configure CFA to CVP.

Thanks Mohammed for the response.
Indeed, I tried with CTI RP -3333( forwarded to CVP) with label ‘HR’ but it didn’t work.
When end user dial 3333, user do see label HR before connecting and turns to Private once it is connected to CVP.

Hi,
This can be fixed by tunning these service parameters
Always Display Original Dialed Number - True
Name Display for Original Dialed Number when translated - Leave it default
The problem with these parameters that they impact the entire cluster.
I suggest to look in to CVP to fix this.
