Hi, looks that your phone are trying to upgrade the firmware which is failing.
Have you performed any recent upgrade which is triggering this?

Hi Mohammed,
Thanks for your feedback.
There was no recent firmware upgrade performed o the CUCM Cluster.
Another site have IP phones (ex 7937, 9971,..) with the same firmware version are able to boot normally.
Any tips?

May i know the model number of the phone. if it is happening for all model then there is issue with Voice Vlan or TFTP server IP address.
Please check whether working phone has valid Vlan and TFTP

Hi Everybody,
Thank you for your support on this issue.
The root cause for this issue was: Power usage.
The client deployed many 9971 phones that can consume up to 30 watts, that's why the phones when they de a reboot, they're stuck on theb CISCO logo screen.
Best regards,
Amine Dahel

Hi, seems like there is an issue with CUCM TFTP service. Chwck it's status on Serviceability and please post it's logs.
