Hi,
I am using Unity Connection version 8.X in my CUCM cluster. For all of the unity user account , alternate greeting is not working even after enabling this from the account , I have checked and found this issue is with all users.
Only Standard greeting is playes out. Any idea why is this happening?

Hi Manish,
Has the Alternate greeting been enabled? If so, is it with "no end date & time"?
Cheers!
Rob

Hi Manish,
Well ....let's concentrate on seeing if we can fix this for a single
mailbox/user as a first step. Set up a new "test" mailbox account and record a Personal greeting
while going through the first time enrollment. After that has been completed try testing
to make sure the Personal greeting is played.
Next, access the new "test" account via the telephone (TUI) and access the greetings settings
and record and enable an Alternate greeting with no end date and time. **make sure to use the phone
for this part of the set up** After that has been completed try testing to make sure the Alternate greeting is played.
Also, please let us know your exact version of Unity Connection
Cheers!
Rob

Hi Rob,
Exact version of unity is Cisco Unity Connection version: 8.0.3ES10.21900-10.
Actually , this has something to do with Lacale language. When I am recording alternate greeting in US english , its working . But this doesnot work for Australian english. I am specualting I may have to reinstall local language pack again....
