Alternative to Speech Connect

Hi,

I have a customer that operates in a number of European countries including the UK, France, Spain, Germany and the Netherlands.

They have a CUCM cluster and want a multi-language voice enabled auto attendant product. The Unity Connection voice enabled directory handler feature provides the auto-attendant function but only in US English and support for other languages does not seem to be on the roadmap for 8.6 or 9.0.

Can anyone recommend any third party products to provide this functionality (in the past I have used SpeechAttendant from Arc but this is now EoS).

If you are looking for a Cisco solution, you could do a UCCX Premium with the ASR/TTS option.

I had not thought of that so I will look into the cost of Nuance etc. (Unfortuately this customer only has UCCX Enhanced so more cost there).

For the interest of others reading the thread I have also found the product below which is by the people who deliver the names tuning feature for Unity.
