Hi,
I'm willing to get get the call log from amc performance log.
I want to get logs for a month, but they are held 9 days only, former logs are not shown.
How can I get longer the logs to be collected?

Hi,
You can try increase the 'Maximum Number of Files' and 'Maximum File Size' values under 'Trace Output Settings'. Default value is 120 files and 1 MB Size.
Please note that increasing these values would increase the hard disk usage.
Hard disk space required (in MB) = Max no. of Number of files * Max File Size (in MB).
Alternatively you can use scheduled trace collection options in RTMT and save it in remote system.
