Analog line rings back on disconnect

I am having trouble with an elevator phone on a SCCP VG350 configured to be an automatic ringdown but sometime on disconnect of the called party the line rings the called party back.

I've also had this issue, you can try to add this "no tone dialtone remote-onhook" under your dial-peer to see if that fixes this. It did for me on various models of VGs with SCCP controlled FXS ports.
