I am trying to extend two analogue telephone lines from the Main office to a remote site ( no cables can be extended directly) using wireless PTP solution. Can I use an ATA 188 device to extend both the lines ? My question is the device has only two FXS ports where I can connect 2 telephone instruments which can be used at the remote site. But how can I connect the CO lines to the device at the Main office, since I need two FXO ports for connecting them. Please clarify. Thanks in advance.

ATA 188 is not "Small business" kind of device, so you has been off-topic in the community you created the discussion. I moved it to more appropriate place.
Despite I'm no expert of those enterprise level devices, if ATA 188 have just FXS ports, no way to connect CO lines to it. I hope local experts will advise you an enterprise ATA module with FXO port, but I suspect it will not be possible to create extender from them easily.
Consider professional POTS line extender like Ethernet Telephone/Analog Extender (TC1910) or so.
