Running CUCM version 15.x. Trying to block anonymous calls on a shared line by checking the radio button under Line Configuration in CUCM Admin GUI. It works in all scenarios (single line or shared line) except for one shared line configured for a group of phones. As part of troubleshooting, I removed the shared line from all the phones and added the line to one phone at a time and tested. I was able to add the line to all the phone and call blocking worked consistently. I then removed the blocking and re enabled it. Blocking not working again.
Call blocking works consistently for all other shared lines but it does not work for this particular line. Does anybody have any experience on this issue?
