We have the 5 buttons on the right side of the screen of our receptionist's 8851 programmed for speed dial/transfer for certain important extensions. However, when she answers a call, the answered call dialog obscures the on-screen labels for those buttons, making them useless.
Is there a way to shrink or eliminate the answered call dialog box?

Found a simple fix: When on the call, press the physical "back" button on the 8851 and the dialog will disappear from the screen and allow you to see the screen labels for the buttons on the right.
