Hi Guys,
My Customer is trying put the network any IP Phone 3911 (more or less 10 devices), but, it is not register (There are another phones the same model that work). He did tests without configure vlan and the IP Phone register normally (LAB environment). Any have idea about this?

Are the phones in question getting IP addresses for the proper vlan?

Hi Gregory,
The IP Phone only register if not had in the Voice VLAN configured. When The IP Phone is put in correct Voice VLAN it didn´t receive IP and stay resetting permanent. In the network there are another IP Phone 3911 that are configured in the correct Voice VLAN and worked.
