Hi All,
Anyway to shorten the call setup time for CallManager to PSTN through voice gateway and CCME to PSTN? Seems the call setup time by default to PSTN is longer then using traditional PBX.

you can shorten the interdigit timer value by performing these steps in Cisco CallManager:
Select Service > Service Parameters, and select server.
Find the TimerT302_msec* parameter, enter a value of 6000 and click Update. This sets the interdigit timer to six seconds.
Have the users test the phones and adjust as necessary.

Teru, you can also use # key to route the call after dialing the digits, that will route the call immediately.

or you can revise your dial plan and see what is overlapping to cause the system to wait for the completed digits.
