app-b-acd-aa Call drops when put on hold

Hii

i have this configuration , working fine , but the call that comes through Auto Attendance on SIP phones ( extension 103 ) cannot be transfered

and call drops if its put on hold , any ideas ?

extension 103 is a SIP phone 7821 no hunt groups are involved
