I have added a new IPT Cluster into the ELM but for some reason I am getting the application error. We are connected from ELM to the CUCM but not able to pull licence information. This server is running 11.5.1.14900-11 for cucm and the ELM is running 11.5.1.10000-5. All other clusters have connected fine without issues.
I have tried re-setting the product ID but this hasn't helped unfortunately. I have also tried removing and re-adding.
