Hi Guys
Recently upgraded to CUCM 11.5 and after doing so the reception (CUACA) shows the CTI route point number when transfering calls.
Please help?

You control the behavior in the console
Options > Preferences > Advanced
No calls will show the original number, BUT, removes the ability to recall the calls
All calls, will show the CTI port number, but you can recall the call.

If this is not CUACA, but an ARC branded AC, you might want to reach out to them directly, on CUACA that will depend on the transfer settings configured in the client, not on CUCM.

The customer has clarified that he is actually using CUACA version 11 and not ARC
