useing Arc console and CUCM 8.6.1 - we have an issue where we are seeing delays of approx 5-4 seconds when calls come in before showing up in ARC and also the same sort of delay when doing a consult transfer.
All other phones work with no issues of delay of any voice quaility problems from the site. Other sites on the ARC console not having the issues.
where wouldl we start with troubleshooting the issue in ARC software or any other suggestions?
