ARQ requests wrong bw to GK on CCME Gateway

I have the following topology:

Phone A - CUCM - GK - CCME - Phone B

The region and dial-peer on CallManagers are configured to use G.729 codec.

When Phone B attempts call to Phone A the CCME sends ARQ requesting 128 kbps which is wrong.

My question is how we can change the CCME to request the right bandwidth. The RAS dial-peer is configured to use G.729r8.

Recommend you engage Cisco TAC on the issue.

Good advice. Sound like bug because I went through all IOS possibilities to correct that. Unfortunatelly I can't open TAC as soon as this case is related only to lab issue.
