AS5350XM showing error during boot

Hi, my AS5350XM voice gateway is showing error at the very starting of boot process. The error is like it:

System Bootstrap, Version 12.2(1r)1, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)

Try replacing memory module.

It has three memory cards inside there and tried to boot putting arbitrary two modules, but no luck...is there any probability that all of the three got problem?

Not much probability.
