ASA 5510 and SIP issue

Having trouble with SIP calls between 2 internal networks. Voice and data are on separate networks internally but they can communicate. We are trying to use a softphone app on a cellphone. it works fine when on an external network but when the phone is connected to internal wifi on the data network the calls are not working correctly. The call connects but we are getting one way audio. The firewall is an ASA 5510. When the cell phone is connected to the phone network via an access point on that network ( taking the firewall out of the picture ) as a test the call works fine.

Cant figure out what in the firewall causing this between the internal networks.

Within the ASA config ( near the end) do you have inspect statements for sip traffic or rtp at all? 

I would try removing these voice related Inspect commands if so and test.
