ASA Phone Proxy - CUCM Services

When configuring the "proxy-server" command within the ASA Phone Proxy, do you need to create an ACL that allows access to the public IP that is specified with that command or does it allow a dynamic connection through the ASA for authenticated phones and block general Internet queries?

It appears that you don't need an explicit ACL entry for this.
