Assign Line or Soft Key from expansion for door opening

Hello everybody.

I have connected to my CUCM (sip version) an 2N Helios IP Doorphone, and is working just fine.

To open the door relay switch, i press 00 during the call answer.

Is there a way to assign a key (soft key or line key) to a phone (ex.cisco 8851) so when answering the door phone , just only to press the shortcut key to open the door?

I've thought of it like sending a DTMF command 00 while on call...

Can this be done and how?

I think it is not possible.

Only thing possible it to configure speed dial and use command to give a pause to connect call and dial the DTMF after the pause as per below configuration.
