Thanks for the reply ,i did read that doc on the link you posted ,but that method seems to only work on CME 8.x and up ,i`m still on 7.1 ,specifically the url-button command is not listed on my IOS.

I was hoping there was a pre 8.x way of getting it to work ,but i have searched and came up empty ,any idea perhaps how it can be done on a softkey ?
