Hi,
I am using CCM 4.1. Today, I connected ATA186 and able to see the below macs in callmanager.
Phone 1 Mac: ATA0022900409F5
Phone 2 Mac: ATA22900409F501
Phone 1 - Configured 2854 as DN (It is working fine internally and externally)
Phone 2 - Confgiured 2856 as DN (Internal calls are fine. But, when I try to reach from PSTN to full number xxxxxx2856, remote party is able to hear the ring tone and when he picks up the phone it is going to engage tone)
Can you please suggest what could be the problem?
