ATA 186 did not obtain an Essential License

We have just upgradet to CUCM Ver. 9.1.

I have a litle problem. The ATA 186 did not take the Esential License but count as an Enhanced device.

The are no Owner configured to the ATA device, so as I know it should count from the Esential licens.

Any idias?

Yes, I no we have to config owners to each divece.Comming soon.
