Hi Guys,
I am triyng configure one ATA 187 in CUCM 8.6, but, It donĀ“t register. I verifyed TFTP, DHCP, cable, CUCM, Switch configuration and didnĀ“t found. Any have idea as solved this problem.

This procedure was did, but, didnĀ“t solve the problem. I putted manualy the IP and problem continue.

Dang, foiled again! If you run the RTMT do you see that ATA trying to talk to your TFTP server? Double check that you have option 150 configured correctly for your DHCP scope and that you have a helper address, if needed based on your topology, on the correct vlan.

For me the nor the network settings change to manual and back to DHCP nor ATA from the analog phone made it.
Unlike other devices the ATA 187 did not registered until I had attached a DN to the device on the CUCM. Once I had done than it worked but this is explained nowhere.

Add ATA187 device in CUCM. Add DN to Line 1.
Plug ATA187 into configured network data jack or switchport.
Plug an analog phone into Line 1.
Press Setup button on ATA187.
Listen to IVR.
Press 3 to set ATA to DHCP.
ATA187 will then register automatically in CUCM.
