Hi there,
Could connect an ATA-187 on a cme 9.1 and doing calls. Is there a setting to set-up T.38 fax relay for the DN on the ATA?
An how can a transfer/hold e.g. be done, when an analog phone is pluged in the ATA-187?
Thanks a lot,
Norbert

ATA does not supports T.38.
For call transfer or any other supplementary feature, you will need the ATA to run an SCCP image, not a SIP image.

So there is only VG224 / FXS for "real" analog integration?

This guy doesn't know what he's talking about. ATA187's do support T.38 fax relay. That is one of the big benefits of the 187 over the 186's. However, they still do not support fax rates over 14.4Kbps. For that you will need a VG for SG3 faxing.
