I have a ATA 187 connected to a CME 9.1 at a client site ,they use the ATA for their Credit Card Readers ,when they swipe a card it goes through no problem and the call succeeds ,problem is if they swipe another card directly after the first ,the call fails ,giving them line error message on the card reader.
Any ideas what could cause this ,maybe the first call not releasing the channel in time ?
