ATA 187 outgoing fax issue

Hi all

we have an issue with the 187s that they are not sending faxes; receiving is not an issue

on another thread I found something similar but their resolution

fax rate 14400

fax protocol t38 ls-redundancy 0 hs-redundancy 0 fallback pass-through g711ulaw

underneath the dial peer did not work

any suggestions were to look next, we have similar configurations but with 186s and no problems there

Hi there;

i was wonddering if you got the ATA 187 to work? if so, do you think it is possible to send me one of your ATA(MAC address).cnf.xml files off your TFTP server? feel free to remove all of your network details from the file and replace them with an adjective.

yes, changed on UCM the FAX Mode to fax pass-through and that did the trick
