ATA 190-SC unresponsive

Having problems with ATA 190 SC becoming unresponsive.  This is happening on the Webex calling devices at multiple sites whether connect to a fax, analog phone or phone interface of paging system.  Any ideas?  Cycling the power restores them.  They show offline in the control hub an only power cycle brings them back.

I know this is an old post but i've had this issue ever since we adopted the platform. Did you ever have a resolution to the ATA's going offline from the cloud? 

I've noticed that they always show up online from listed devices in meraki but packet captures show they are still talking to the cloud when they say they are offline.
