I have issue with ATA 190

Fax device can send but cannot receive any massage

the issue with incoming

Note:the normal incoming call is fine

Is it CME or CUCM deployment. ?

Try fax pass-through on the gateway and see if it works

Do you have any logs ? The voice router, is it a CUBE or a TDM termination ? Do you receive any errors on the fax machine ?

It would be helpful if you could provide a call flow of this fax call, like
PSTN ---- pri ---- GW --- sip --- CUCM --- sip --- ATA190.
Please also provide us the configuration of the dial-peer on your gateway. Based on this information we will be able to tell you if the config is perfect for fax.
