i'am having a heck of a time trying to get an ATA registered to spark/webex. I know i'am supposed to generate an access code in the webex control hub and enter into the ATA via an attached analog phone. I can access the configuration menu by dialing **** and then password 24726 on the analog phone in port 1. However it doesnt ask me for the access code. Should I be running a different code? I also factory reset the ATA . Anyone have any experience with the process? This is an ATA191-K9 does that support webex?
